His professional experience spans over 30 years’ across the Banking and Finance, Consulting and Telecommunications sectors. This includes working at leadership and management levels with large corporations such as the National Australia Bank, ANZ, NBNCo, PwC Consulting, Arthur Anderson, SMS Management and Technology and Protiviti.
Emeritus Professor Ingrid Day

Emeritus Professor Day has extensive leadership and management experience in several large universities in Australia and New Zealand, including as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International) at Massey University in NZ and Executive Dean at Macquarie and the University of Southern Queensland.
Her key strengths include managing across breadth, building strong teams with a shared focus across multiple areas and interests, and liaising effectively with internal and external individuals and groups. She was the inaugural chair of the South Australian Premier’s Council for Women. She steered the establishment of Massey University’s Centre for Professional and Continuing Education, prepared Massey University’s Internationalisation Strategy and developed a ‘Learning Futures Strategy’ to steer strategic approaches to teaching and learning delivery modes and media-rich delivery.
Dr Michelle Lac

Michelle has close to 10 years of Board Directorship experience, including at the Melbourne Institute of Higher Education, Lyons College, Better Place Australia and BOTL, leading, facilitating and contributing to insightful board discussions that harness the value of differing views from Board members with diverse gender, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary backgrounds. She has also held CEO positions in several independent higher education institutes.
Michelle is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a PhD in Business (Mobile Learning) and Bachelor of Information Technology with Swinburne University.
Associate Professor Jonathan Tyler

His PhD thesis was on ‘Regulatory Requirements and (Company) Board Composition’ and supervised theses on ‘Interim Reporting in Australia’ (Suying Zhao) and ‘Factors Impacting Audit Quality’ (Fiona Ball). He is a TEQSA Registered Expert in Business and Accounting and his most recent research, presentations and publications are in Accounting Education
